We ship most domestic orders via DHL Express.



FREE shipping on all orders of RM1,000.00 or more.

Orders under RM1,000.00 ship at a standard rate of RM20.00.


Processing and Shipping Time

In stock

  • In stock orders placed before 3pm will ship the same day. Certain items require a longer processing time but you will be notified in these situations

  • Most orders arrive within 2-5 working days of shipment for West Malaysia

  • East Malaysia will take 7-14 working days to your shipping address


Pre-order (Yoeleo products)

  • READY STOCKS : take 7-14 working days arrive at Malaysia, add another 5 working days to your shipping address.

  • MAKE TO STOCKS : 4-8 weeks to complete the build, 7-14 working days arrive at Malaysia, add another 5 working days to your shipping address.

  • BIKE & FRAMESET ORDER : We will need at least 24 hours to build and fine-tune your new bike and for frameset we do inspection before it is ready for collection or delivery.

We will contact you when your order is ready for pick up either through phone or email.

Your order wlll be held for 14 business days. Please make arrangements with us if you are unable to pick up within 14 days.

Please bring a copy of your receipt, the credit card used in the transaction, and ID.


Bike order

Bikes are intricate machines. In order to give you the best possible riding experience, we will need at least 24 hours to build and fine-tune your new bike before it is ready for collection or delivery.

Returns & exchanges


We understand the importance of the right product and the right fit, we want you to be satisfied with the product you have purchased.. To make a return, please follow these guidelines:


To qualify for a return:

The item(s) must have been purchased from

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.

The item(s) must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Proof of purchase required.

A refund will be applied to the original card used in the transaction.


Return to Gerek store:

Bring your order, with proof of purchase. Bike returns must be returned to the local Gerek store who assembled your bike.


Return by mail:

Return shipping is free to customers with registered accounts. Log in to your account to print a prepaid shipping label. If you do not have an account, mail your return with the original packing slip to the Gerek Ventures address printed on your packing slip. We suggest return by a carrier that can track delivery, such as DHL, FedEx, etc. You are responsible for all return shipping charges if you checked out as a guest at


You will see a credit on your credit card account within 30 days. However, most of our customers will see it within 4-10 business days.


Bike/frameset returns:

Bikes & framesets can be returned within 30 days if in new and unused condition. When you pick up your order or have it delivered, we will review the purchase with you and make sure it meets your expectations. Questions regarding your purchase should be directed to Gerek Ventures of delivery.


Exchanges: will not make any exchange or refunds if you wish to change the product size or color when the products has arrived at Gerek store or to your shipping address.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and will gladly exchange or refund your order for all full-priced items within 30 days of receipt where products are in new, unworn and unwashed condition with original tags and packaging. 

Can I return sale items?
Orders can be exchanged for different sizes if available. Please note that change of mind cannot be offered for sale items. Store Credits will be provided for all refund requests, unless the item is faulty, and in situations where the item cannot be exchanged. For your convenience Store Credits can be used online and in store.


What if I want a different size instead?
The quickest way to secure the right size is to place a new order online. You can then return your unwanted items for a refund or credit, as per our returns policy.


My items are faulty/incorrect
Please email us to advise of any issues with the items in your order so we can sort out a replacement/refund as soon as possible. If you need to send any of these items back to us, we’re happy to reimburse your return shipping costs. If you did not purchase via, please contact the relevant retailer for assistance according to their faulty returns policy.


Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, you are responsible for posting your return back to us. Feel free to choose the shipping method that best suits you, however, we do suggest a tracked method. If you are returning an item due to it being faulty or incorrectly sent, we will gladly reimburse your postage costs (just get in touch with us first).


How long does it take to receive a refund/credit?
We aim to process your return within 3 business days of receiving your order. We’ll let you know when your refund or credit has been processed.


I paid with Atome. Can I still get a refund?
If you wish to return your order, we will inform Atome to cancel the relevant payment plan for your returned items. Atome will refund any payments already made to the card linked to your Atome account. If you need more info about this, please contact Atome.


I have an issue with a Pedla garment that I bought from another retailer.
Sorry to hear this! Returns of any kind, including faulty or incorrect items, should be handled by the original retailer. Please contact the place of purchase for more information.

Warranty Claims

We develop our products according to the highest standards of manufacturing processes. All our products are made from high quality fabrics and with proper care will exceed your expectations. If you suspect your garment to be faulty, please reach out to our team and we will inspect your item. If found faulty, we will look to repair or replace (at no cost to the customer) any garment that appears to have manufacturing faults- including seams, hardware and/or material abnormalities. All our products use premium YKK zippers. Improper use can cause strain on zips and they can wear easily. If the break is deemed a manufacturing fault upon inspection then a replacement or repair can be offered. Simply click here to read more about our garment care instructions. We have a strict policy to assure that these instructions are followed at all times.


Please note: Pedla has a strict 12-month Warranty period from receipt date. 


What is not covered?
Our warranty does not cover custom products, damages that result from accidental damages sustained in a crash. It does not cover standard wear and tear or damages such as abrasion, scratches or fading, improper storage or washing and/or contacts with inks or sunscreen. 


Please note that we use sublimation prints technology and it is common and in the nature of the fabric to have slight colour bleed and variation around the print and this is unavoidable. Therefore the garment itself is not considered faulty.


Crash Replacement
Accidents happen. We offer up to 40% off replacement kit for products purchased in the last 12 months. Please get in contact with us at with proof of purchase and photos of the garments.

How to Return Items

  • Before you return the items, please email us at and let us know that you are returning an item.

  • When returning items please wrap the package securely, include a note with your full name and order number and send to:

Once we have received the returned products, exchanges will be processed within 2 business days and refunds or credits processed within 7 working days. Refunds will credit the original account of payment.

Pedla takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance or ensure your package requires signature on pickup.
